Framework for Portfolio Management System for Irish public sector.
The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) on behalf of the Irish public service seeks to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision, implementation, hosting, and ongoing support and maintenance of a Portfolio Management System (PMS). The system will support portfolio management across Irish public sector bodies, covering project and resource management, reporting, and integration capabilities. The framework will be for an initial term of 4 years with possible extensions up to 10 years. Bidders must demonstrate experience in delivering similar PMS solutions to large organizations, with specific requirements for security, data protection, and integration with existing government systems.
