Up to £7.4B framework for civils, buildings, OHL and UGC works in Scotland.
Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission PLC is establishing a multi-lot framework for civils, buildings, overhead line (OHL) and underground cable (UGC) works across its large capital delivery portfolio in Scotland. The framework covers six lots: civils works up to £10m, civils works over £10m, buildings and infrastructure, OHL pole construction, OHL tower construction, and UGC construction. It aims to appoint long-term strategic partners capable of delivering design, management, construction, testing and completion works to support network investment, renewal, customer connections and net zero transition. The framework has a potential total value of up to £7.4 billion, with lot-specific appointments for up to eight years. Suppliers must respond to updated PQQ questionnaires; the submission deadline has been extended.
