Housing & property maintenance framework for Highland Council.
The Highland Council is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement for housing and property maintenance services in the Inner Moray Firth area. The framework is divided into two lots: Lot 1 (Housing) with sub-lots covering general builder works, specialist cleaning, plumbing, heating & ventilation, joinery, electrical repairs, specialist electrical systems, painting & decorating, roofing & guttering, ground works, and principal contracting; Lot 2 (Property) with sub-lots for civils/drainage, fencing & gates, general builder works, joinery, painting & decorating, roofing, electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilation, and multi-trades. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots and sub-lots. The framework is expected to last 3 years with possible extension, but no guarantee of work volume is given.
