The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA) seeks a supplier to design and deliver a structured leadership capability initiative focused on storytelling for transformation. The initiative includes workshops, scalable delivery options, embedding options, and supporting resources. It supports CAA's Business Transformation and is the next phase of its Leadership Capability Development Programme.
