Hampshire County Council awards passenger transport DPS contracts for Q2 2026.
Hampshire County Council awards contracts under its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for passenger transport services for the quarterly period 01 April 2026 to 30 June 2026. The DPS covers a wide range of transport needs including adult and children's social care transport, community transport, subsidised public bus services, taxishares, carshares, home to school transport (mainstream and SEN), and general transportation services like school trips. Most journeys are within Hampshire, but may extend to neighbouring counties or further within the UK for SEN placements. This is a restricted procedure notice for award of existing DPS contracts, not a new solicitation.
