Independent evaluation of MoJ's £1m Legal Support grant programme.
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) seeks an independent evaluation of its new Legal Support grant programme, managed by the Access to Justice Foundation. The evaluation will run from July 2026 to March 2029 with a budget of approximately £1 million. The programme aims to create a more effective, efficient, and sustainable legal support system, covering assistance such as information, early legal help, community-based support, and digital tools. The evaluation is fundamental to the programme's purpose and delivery, and to MoJ legal support policy. Bidders should have expertise in research and evaluation of legal or social programmes.
