The Walloon Public Service (SPW) is establishing a framework agreement for sanitary maintenance services on demand in various buildings located in the Walloon and Brussels-Capital regions. The contract covers cleaning and maintenance of sanitary facilities, with services to be performed as needed. Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar cleaning services for public or large-scale facilities. The framework agreement is expected to last for a period of up to 4 years, with an estimated total value between €1 million and €10 million.
