Electrical control and commissioning for Taradale reservoir site.
Napier City Council seeks a competent contractor to fully commission the Taradale reservoir site, which currently has two reservoirs with valves and supporting infrastructure but is not meeting expectations. The scope includes removing redundant flowmeter and piping, installing NCC-supplied ABB WaterMaster flowmeters and four isolation valves, fabricating and installing pipe specials and supports, building a new electrical control cabinet, developing and commissioning all necessary software per the Functional Description, reinstalling chamber roofs, supplying and installing new valve chambers for inlet/outlet/scour/drain manual valves on both reservoirs, making good surrounding areas, and providing as-built documentation and O&M manuals. The project is in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, with a close date of June 16, 2026.
