Brighton & Hove City Council seeks a money management service to support individuals in managing personal finances under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. The service has two lots: Lot 1 covers money management and cash handling for adults with care needs, including home cash deliveries, drop-in cash collection, and pre-payment cards; Lot 2 provides money and debt advice for council tenants and leaseholders at risk of financial difficulty. Providers must operate from a central, publicly accessible base in Brighton & Hove. The contract is expected to run from 2027.
