Habinteg Housing Association and Hoyler Developments Ltd have directly awarded a contract for Employer's Agent and Clerk of Works consultancy services for a housing development in Tooting and Mitcham, South London. The project has a contract value of approximately £23,400,000 and will be constructed over 20 months with a 5-6 month RIBA Stage 4 lead-in. The contract is awarded via the EN:PROCURE Construction Consultancy Framework (GEN4) under Lot 1, based on the client's MEAT assessment. The contract runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 July 2028.
