Participation and Engagement for NEET

Wirral Council seeks to commission a service to engage young people not in education, employment or training (NEET). The service will provide information, advice, guidance, and support to overcome barriers preventing engagement in positive post-16 provisions. The contract is below the threshold and covers the United Kingdom. Bidders should demonstrate experience in youth engagement and support services.
