Forestry England seeks contractors for a 4-year framework covering two lots: Lot 1 – ground preparation by scarifying (estimated 30-55 ha/yr, £650/ha, total ~£105k) and Lot 2 – mechanised forest maintenance including mulching, tree shearing, excavator/forwarder use, and chainsaw operations (estimated £75k/yr, total ~£300k).
