VA seeks annual HVAC airflow certification in St. Louis.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 15, is soliciting for annual certification of airflow systems at the VA St. Louis Health Care System in Missouri. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems to ensure proper airflow and compliance with standards. The contract includes a base year and four option years. Offerors must be certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) or the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC). The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
