Refurbishment of four classrooms at Raumati Beach School.
The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure, on behalf of Raumati Beach School Board, seeks a main building contractor for the ILE (Innovative Learning Environment) upgrade of Block 1 at Raumati Beach School in Kāpiti Coast. The project involves complete refurbishment of four classrooms, including creation of new openings and wet areas, installation of a sliding glazed door between teaching spaces, and replacement of floor coverings, wall and floor finishes, light fittings, and joinery. The work focuses on DQLS (Digital and Quality Learning Spaces) improvements. Contractors must be experienced in school refurbishment projects and comply with Ministry of Education standards.
