Unite Procurement UK Limited, on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform for the supply, installation, and maintenance of silent phone booths. These acoustic booths are intended to provide secure, confidential communication spaces in office and operational environments, with high-quality sound insulation to prevent eavesdropping. The booths must be modular, easy to install, and compatible with standard telecommunications equipment. Multiple suppliers may be onboarded to ensure a competitive supply base; no sole supplier will be appointed. Suppliers must demonstrate product range, acoustic specifications, installation capabilities, and maintenance services.
