Decarbonisation works at Marl Pits Leisure Centre, funded by PSDS Phase 4.
Rossendale Borough Council has awarded a contract for heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency works at Marl Pits Leisure Centre, funded through the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS Phase 4). The contract covers RIBA Stages 5 and 6 construction activities including mechanical and electrical installations, building fabric improvements, testing, commissioning, handover, and training. The project must be completed by 31 January 2027. The works are based on a completed RIBA Stage 4 design.
