NHS Devon Integrated Care Board seeks a prime provider to deliver Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) at Cranbrook Medical Practice in East Devon. The practice currently serves 6,481 patients, with expected population growth to 20,000 by 2035. The contract is for 10 years plus up to 5 years extension, valued at £8.27 million for the initial term and up to £11.5 million with extension. The provider must deliver GP-led primary care, participate in QOF and DES, and join the local Primary Care Network. TUPE is likely to apply. The service must be open 08:00-18:30 weekdays.
