Aspire Housing seeks to establish a repairs and maintenance framework for reactive works, including responsive repairs, voids, damp and mould works. The framework is divided into SME-dedicated Lots (A) and non-SME Lots (B), with estimated annual values per lot. Works are reactive, with high volume from December to April. Tenderers must meet SME definition (fewer than 250 employees) for Lot A. The framework aims to diversify the supply base and ensure equitable access for SMEs.
