The European Environment Agency (EEA) is procuring research and development services for a Topic Centre focused on sustainability and decarbonisation of the EU's transport sector. The contractor will provide scientific and technical support, including data analysis, modelling, and reporting on transport emissions, policies, and technologies. The contract is expected to run for up to 4 years with a value estimated between €1 million and €10 million. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in transport, environment, and climate change, and experience with EU institutions is preferred.
