Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington (ECW) is procuring interim business support services for the Cheshire and Warrington Growth Hub to address fragmented provision for SMEs. The service will provide hands-on adviser support, business readiness, and referral pathways, operating as an embedded part of the Growth Hub. The contract is for 12 months with quarterly reviews, aiming to maintain continuity until a Combined Authority-led service is established. Bidders must demonstrate capacity for flexible, responsive support, quality assurance, and relationship management. The service must also add resource to the National Business Growth Service.
