Kent County Council Tobacco Control Strategy

Kent County Council seeks a provider to develop a local Tobacco Control Strategy aligned with the national plan, aiming to reduce smoking prevalence in Kent, especially among high-risk groups. The work includes strategic recommendations for prevention, increasing stop smoking service referrals, and supporting local Smokefree generation legislation. The provider will also create a comprehensive Action Plan with SMART objectives for Kent partners, with further co-design after a Kent Tobacco Control Alliance is formed. This is a below-threshold open competition contract.
