The Passenger Company branch of Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) is procuring air conditioners (CPV 39717200-3) for delivery across Ukraine during 2026. The expected value is 5,229,441 UAH (approx. $140,000 USD) excluding VAT. Bidders must provide a tender security of 156,883.23 UAH in the form of an electronic guarantee.
