Flood risk communication and training framework for Saint-Martin.
The Collectivity of Saint-Martin is procuring a framework agreement with purchase orders for communication, awareness, and training actions related to flood risk management, as part of the PEP-PAPI program. The scope includes designing and implementing campaigns, workshops, and educational materials targeting local stakeholders and the public. Bidders must demonstrate experience in risk communication and training, preferably with knowledge of Caribbean flood contexts. The contract is expected to run for up to 4 years with an estimated value between €100,000 and €1 million.
