Supply of Liquid Fuels Framework

ESPO, a public sector buying organisation, is establishing a framework for the supply of liquid fuels including automotive fuels, heating oil, HVO, biodiesel, and renewable alternatives. The framework is divided into 55 geographic lots based on UK NUTS regions, and suppliers may bid for one or multiple lots. Pricing is referenced against the Platts Oil Price Index. Customers include public sector bodies taking delivery into bulk tanks, with fuel bunkering also available. The tender deadline is 20 July 2026.
