Hampshire County Council, on behalf of the Central Buying Consortium, is establishing a framework agreement for the supply of indoor and outdoor bins, outdoor furniture, bike and scooter racks, and shelters. The framework covers four lots: Lot 1 (indoor bins including plastic and recycling bins), Lot 2 (outdoor bins including galvanized steel, novelty, dog waste, cigarette, recycling, and grit bins), Lot 3 (outdoor furniture such as picnic benches, tables, chairs made from recycled materials, wood, or galvanized steel), and Lot 4 (bike and scooter racks and outdoor shelters). Delivery locations include local authority offices, schools, health care establishments, fire and rescue service, and police establishments across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
