CCHA seeks billing and metering supplier for heat network compliance.
Castles and Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is conducting pre-market engagement for a billing and metering supplier to support compliance with heat network regulations. The supplier will provide heat network contracts and energy bills to residents, manage a vulnerable customers register, handle complaints, provide regulatory reporting, collect energy payments, offer debt collection, and manage meter maintenance. CCHA has 12 heat network schemes with 360 units, of which 46 units have heat meters. The contract duration and pricing are to be discussed. Suppliers must have experience in billing and metering, knowledge of heat network regulations, understanding of the social housing sector, and experience with customer interaction.
