Audit services for ESDC's Benefits Delivery Modernization Programme.
The Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires two external contractors to provide internal audit and IT/system audit services for its Benefits Delivery Modernization (BDM) Programme. Contractors will assist the dedicated internal audit team in carrying out audit engagements or fully outsourced independent third-party assurance engagements with branded reports. They may also help develop the Risk-Based Internal Audit Plan. All work must comply with Treasury Board's Policy on Internal Audit and the Institute of Internal Auditor's Global Internal Audit Standards. The contract is valued under $100,000.
