Taxi Service for Vulnerable Clients

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council seeks to establish an Open Framework Agreement for transport services for eligible children (including looked after children, those with special educational needs or behavioral considerations) and their escorts, as well as eligible adults and their escorts. The Council may also require passenger escort services and transport for other council departments. The framework is open for new providers to join during its term. Providers must meet safeguarding and insurance requirements.
