The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham seeks a contractor for the Ivatt Place playground upgrade. The scope includes hard and soft landscaping with safety surfacing and edge detailing, design and installation of bespoke play structures and proprietary play elements, street furniture, waterproof feature lighting, and provision of hand-over documentation. The project also includes a community planting day. The contract is below the threshold and open to competition.
