UK-wide youth consultation for Erasmus+ Youth programme implementation.
The British Council seeks a single supplier to design and deliver a UK-wide youth consultation to inform the implementation of the Erasmus+ Youth programme following the UK's reassociation to Erasmus+ in 2027. The supplier will conduct mixed-methods research (quantitative and qualitative) with young people aged 13-30 involved in youth organisations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, plus engagement with youth organisations and stakeholders. The consultation must produce evidence and practical recommendations for inclusive implementation, outreach, communications and participation. The contract runs from August 2026 to February 2027.
