Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) seeks a Lead Architect and Engineering Design Services provider for the Southland Hospital project. The scope includes developing detailed design solutions through to Construction Monitoring, covering civil, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and transportation engineering, as well as permitting services. The provider will work with internal design teams, user groups, and facilities teams. Experience in healthcare projects is required.
