Renfrewshire Council pre-notifies retrofit design-build contract for net zero.
Renfrewshire Council is issuing a Prior Information Notice for an upcoming two-stage restricted procurement for a Net Zero Retrofit Works (Externals) Design and Build contract. The contract covers design, supply, and installation of external retrofit works to Council-owned residential properties and mixed-tenure blocks, aiming to achieve Net Zero, Enerphit, or AECB Low Energy standards in Scotland. Stage 1 (selection) is anticipated to launch in early August 2026. This is a replacement for the PAS2035 Retrofit Works Contract. The work will enhance energy performance and efficiency of buildings.
