The UK Department for Education seeks a supplier to design and deliver a national professional development and organisational support programme for teachers and leaders delivering technical and vocational qualifications (T Levels, V Levels, Level 2 Pathways). The contract runs from June 2026 to August 2029 with a possible one-year extension. The programme includes subject-specific and pedagogical training, industry upskilling sessions, regional collaboration networks, and organisational support for providers. Delivery will use pre-recorded materials, live online sessions, and in-person activities, with significant new content development expected. Social value (10% evaluation weight) is required, focusing on learning and skills development to address skills gaps.
