FCDO seeks advisory services for international development portfolio.
The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) intends to procure a Development Advisory Framework (DAF) to replace the existing EACDS2 Framework. The DAF will provide advisory, analytical, and professional services for designing and developing FCDO's international development portfolio, including scoping studies, business case development, and innovative thinking across FCDO priorities. The framework is expected to be accessible to FCDO and potentially other UK Government departments using ODA and Non-ODA funds. The procurement is open to suitably qualified suppliers.
