Passive Fire Protection Remedial Works at Plantation Primary School

Knowsley Council seeks a passive fire protection specialist to perform remedial works at Plantation Primary School based on an independent inspection report. The scope includes fire stopping of walls, ceilings, risers, and corridors; installation of structural steel protection, fire barriers, and cavity barriers; removal and reinstallation of plasterboard partitions; full replacement or remedial works to fire doorsets; and acting as principal contractor under CDM regulations. The contractor must liaise with the onsite team and project manager. All works must be supervised and inspected by the installer company. The contract is below threshold with limited competition.
