Multi-lot framework for decarbonisation and retrofit services in social housing.
Procurement for Housing (PfH) Scotland, a national procurement consortium for the social housing sector, is establishing a multi-lot framework for decarbonisation and retrofit services and works. The framework covers 15 lots including asset management, surveys, retrofit services, consultancy, electric vehicle chargers, insulation, heating and renewable energy systems, multi-disciplinary works, heat network installation, and innovation technologies. The framework supports public bodies in meeting Net Zero objectives. Value bands are defined for some lots (e.g., GBP 0-1.5m and GBP 0+). The framework is open to suitably qualified and experienced organisations.
