Aster Group seeks partners for Technology Enabled Care (TEC) services across grouped living, sheltered, and extra care schemes. Lot 1 covers maintenance, servicing, repair, and upgrade of hard-wired alarm systems, digital alarm units, smoke detection, and fire panels, including transition from analogue to digital by 2027. Lot 2 covers monitoring and alarm receiving centre (ARC) services, including call handling, onboarding new users, and performance reporting. Tenderers must demonstrate ability to ensure resident safety and service continuity during digital migration. The contract supports Aster's residents in raising alerts and receiving emergency response.
