Asbestos surveying services for housing portfolio, 3+1+1 year contract.
Trent & Dove Housing seeks a single contractor to provide comprehensive asbestos surveying services across its housing portfolio. Services include management surveys, refurbishment and demolition surveys, reinspection surveys, targeted surveys, communal area surveys, roofline and guttering surveys, consultancy support, asbestos sampling, laboratory analysis, asbestos register updates, and compliance reporting. The contractor must handle surveys in occupied and void properties, communal areas, and other assets, with electronic data integration into the client's asbestos management system. Requirements include resident liaison, programme management, quality assurance, technical support, and professional advice to ensure compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The contract is for an initial 3 years with two optional 12-month extensions (3+1+1).
