Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is soliciting bids for the construction of a three-story accommodations building at 19 Wing, CFB Comox in Lazo, BC. This is the second step of a two-step process; only contractors who responded to the RFEOI are invited to bid. The work includes labour, material, supervision, and equipment.
