Post-incident mental health support for Scottish Fire and Rescue staff.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) seeks a provider for Post-Incident Support Services to support its Post Incident Support Policy and Mental Health Strategy. The service aims to establish risk control measures, reduce occupational injuries and ill health, and ensure a safe work environment. It will provide specialist support to staff exposed to potentially traumatising events. The contract is open to all qualified providers.
