Gisborne District Council seeks a contractor for operations and maintenance of its three waters infrastructure (water, wastewater, stormwater) networks and treatment plants. The contract includes 24/7/365 response, $3 million of capital and renewal projects per year, and an estimated total value of $7.6 million per annum. The contractor may also competitively tender for additional capital works worth approximately $15 million per year. The initial term is 7 years with a possible 3-year extension, totaling up to 10 years.
