Hi-C and whole genome sequencing for honey bee genome.
The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is procuring chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) and whole genome sequencing services for the honey bee genome. The contractor must perform library preparation, sequencing on Illumina platforms, and provide raw and processed data. The work includes two Hi-C libraries and one whole genome sequencing library from provided samples. Deliverables include FASTQ files, contact maps, and assembly files. The period of performance is 90 days after receipt of samples. This is a small business set-aside.
