6-week clubhouse upgrade in occupied premises, starting August 2026.
Newry, Mourne and Down District Council invites contractors for upgrade works to clubhouse facilities under the SAUL Theme 1 project. The works will be carried out in occupied premises over a 6-week period starting not before August 2026. The contract is under NEC4 ECSC Short Contract terms. This is an open competition below the threshold.
