The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to procure exosome purification, exosomal RNA purification, and small RNA-sequencing services. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, reagents, and personnel to perform these services on human plasma samples. The work includes isolating exosomes, extracting RNA, and conducting small RNA sequencing with bioinformatics analysis. The contractor must have experience with exosome isolation from plasma and small RNA sequencing. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The place of performance is Bethesda, Maryland.
