NASA seeks ozonesondes for 9-station global network.
NASA Shared Services Center seeks to procure ozonesondes and related supplies for a 9-station network under the SHADOZ program. The network includes stations in American Samoa, Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, South Africa, Thailand, and the US. The contractor must provide ozonesondes, ground support equipment, and data processing software. The period of performance is one base year plus four option years. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the specified ozonesonde model or provide evidence of compatibility. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses.
