The Correctional Service of Canada, Pacific Region, requires replacement of expired sprinkler heads at Matsqui and Fraser Valley Institution. The contractor must provide and install new sprinkler heads in accordance with NFPA 13 standards, using equipment like a Dropmaster vacuum system to prevent spills.
