VA seeks contractor for congressionally mandated longitudinal study on vocational rehabilitation.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, is soliciting for a congressionally mandated longitudinal study required by Public Law 110-389, Section 334. The study will assess the effectiveness of VA vocational rehabilitation and employment programs for veterans with service-connected disabilities. The contractor must have experience in longitudinal research, data collection, and analysis, and must comply with VA data security and privacy requirements. The contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The period of performance is anticipated to be a base year plus four option years.
