HVAC replacement and building services renovation at Canada's Embassy in Rome.
Canada, represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), seeks qualified suppliers for the replacement of heating and cooling distribution systems and associated building services at the Embassy of Canada to Italy in Rome. The project involves full replacement of the heating and cooling distribution network, selective demolition, restoration of finishes, electrical improvements, data and Wi-Fi modifications, carpentry, painting, and minor exterior system replacements. Work must comply with local building codes and safety standards, and be delivered using a Design-Bid-Build methodology. Respondents must be capable of providing all required services in English or French and be able to travel to and perform work in Italy. This is a two-stage solicitation: an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP) for pre-qualified respondents.
