NASA seeks spacecraft processing and launch operations support.
NASA Kennedy Space Center is seeking offers for the Spacecraft Processing and Operations Contract (SPOC) On-Ramp, which provides spacecraft processing, integration, and launch operations support at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The contract covers services for government and commercial customers, including payload processing, spacecraft testing, and launch site operations. Offerors must demonstrate experience in spacecraft processing and integration, with a focus on safety and mission assurance. The contract is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with a five-year base and five-year option period, valued up to $2.5 billion across all awardees. This on-ramp allows new offerors to compete for task orders under the existing SPOC contract.
