Network Rail Infrastructure Limited is establishing a framework for sustainability services across the Eastern region, covering all railway infrastructure, projects, and operations. The framework will provide rapid access to specialist professional services, technical support, assurance, modelling, surveys, audits, and project delivery expertise. It is likely to be split into four lots: Energy & Carbon, Environmental Management, Ecology & Biodiversity, and Social Value & Community. The estimated value is to be confirmed, but orders are typically low value (under £50k) over a 6-year term including extensions. Suppliers must be registered on RISQS with relevant RICCL codes.
